Yellow Flag ( Iris pseudacorus )
Feeling noticeably better so managed to totter out and add shot 15 to my 30 days wild.
I have always liked Irises, both the cultivated varieties and our native "Yellow Flag". Actually, they are very widely distributed across Europe, western Asia, and North Africa. Interestingly a survey of nectar producers in the UK had the Yellow Flag as second in the amount of nectar produced in a day.
I like them as well because they remind me of the canals and the enjoyment we get cruising them.
