Concert for Ukraine

The Linton Music Series organised a concert in the church tonight by a Ukrainian-Russian pianist Vitaly Pisarenko.  He was amazing.  I couldn't get a good photo of him playing as the church was packed, and I was at the back, so here he is coming on for the second half.

There were quite a few Ukrainian refugees in the audience including some who live in the village which I never knew.

It was a spectacular start to the music series and I sincerely hope lots of money was raised.
