Solyanka Soup

Borys cooked for us, for the first time. He went shopping, and bought back jars of pickles, various types of vacuum packed meats and a large bag of potatoes.

He then made us this soup and it was very very tasty! We all had seconds and I would have gone for thirds if I didn’t think it was too greedy.

And the lovely WelshLad has arrived to stay over, ready for an interview day tomorrow. So nice to see him.
