St Abb’s Nature Reserve

Early start for me today. Off to BGH for my annual check with my friend Janet. All clear thankfully. We celebrated by driving to Coldingham for a swim in the sea! The water was freezing but it was warm on the beach and we even enjoyed some hazy sunshine. After our picnic we walked the spectacular St Abb’s Head loop and then had another swim before heading home. Good day.
