Tracks of punishment

After work I drove to take photos of wide fields of Konnunsuo. That area is an old swamp about 15 km's away from Russian border. In the middle of the big swamp there was built an big prison in beginning of 1900 century and prisoners were turn almost 1000 hectares of swamp to fields for farming decades ago. Nowdays most of these fields are owned by local farmers.

I'm really interested of that area as there is abandoned houses, lot's of birds at spring and fall, great wide views, exterme temperatures in winter and summer. So in short great place to take photos :)
