Water lilies

Crossing the bridge to go to community choir I noticed that the water lilies are now blooming on the canal.  They are pretty enough, but a shame that they don't have the lovely big blooms like most of those seen on lily ponds.  Still, they bloom for quite a stretch of the canal so nice to see.
