A hot one

It felt pretty hot today so I popped the temperature gauge into a full-shade position and this is what the result was in our back garden.
Had my orthopaedic appointment this afternoon and the consultant is referring me for shoulder injections for the calcific tendonitis and after that for some physio on the shoulder then he will review it after 8 weeks and if no improvement will consider other options.
I could have done with him looking at my right ankle, right knee, and several other joints!
