My league rose

The rose bush that we were given at the recent League meeting is potted up at last. 

A very hot day. I had to wake early in order to ring the surgery for an appointment. 8am call, 13th in the queue, took 15 minutes to speak to reception. Someone will call me back. A morning of minor jobs and sleeping until I the call came through at 12.20. A couple of minutes discussion and I now have an appointment for blood tests next Wednesday. Talk about dragging things out !!!! 

I managed to get some jobs done in the garden, working in the shade appreciating the stiff breeze.
