115 day of the war

Hello friends.
I almost returned to the schedule, more and more often I manage to wake up at 5 am and have time to do more in a day. Morning is the best time of the day for me, the sun is not very hot yet and there are very few people on the streets. And can also be the first to feed street cats, because as I noticed, I'm not the only one feeding them :)

There has been almost no contact with Mariupol for the last week. The city is actually closed to exit in any direction.
While the local occupation authorities are announcing the beginning of the construction of several 5-storey buildings, the humanitarian crisis is gaining momentum.
The question arises, why did some people stay in the city even when they had the opportunity to leave?
There are several reasons:
1. First, these are thoughts about what will be like in 2014. Then we were also bombed, but not so much. Several houses in the eastern part of the city were damaged, a dozen cars were burned, and that was the end of it. Then we were shot at from the hail and the Armed Forces quickly repulsed the offensive of the DNR troops. It was scary, but most people only found out about it from the news, because there were no explosions even in the city center.
I think that this situation has greatly affected the people, because when the fighting started again, many people did not believe that there would be a real war with complete destruction. Unfortunately, this recklessness cost many lives.
2. The second reason why people stayed in Mariupol was because of relatives who did not want to go to any of them. I don't know how to understand it, but it was the same with my parents. It's just that people don't want to go to an unknown place, they say "we will wait", "who is waiting for us there?". This is a difficult category of people, I remember trying to pull out a friend's relatives, they already have a car waiting and they refuse and return to the basement. No words. However, this category of people over time began to change their minds, when it was already possible to go only in the direction of Russia and sent them quite far.
3. The elderly. They are becoming less and less for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, now there is not life, but survival, so many people of retirement age continue to die every day. One man, a grandfather from Mariupol, recently arrived. He looked like the people in the photo from the concentration camps. Hands, feet, face - only the bones are covered with skin.
4. Collaborators. Unfortunately, there are also many. The destruction of the entire infrastructure of the city in the first days was due to traitors in the city. After the full occupation, these people cooperate with the occupiers and try to take a lucrative place and earn money or a position. If you want to live in another country, you can take your things and move there, no one will bother you. But helping to kill those with whom you have lived for years is a very low deed.

Of course, people could stay for many reasons, but these are the most common.

The outbreak of infection in Mariupol is becoming more noticeable. The occupiers began to separate military settlements from the inhabitants of the city in order to somehow save their own lives. The city was closed for quarantine, access to the river and the sea were restricted.

There are thousands of natural burials in the city, there is no sewerage. Now the air temperature is rising and it is starting to rain. All the washed-up soil goes to rivers, wells, wells and springs from where people get their water. This could lead to thousands of deaths in Mariupol. 100,000 residents are simply kept in the ghetto. Many people want to, but can't leave

The Russians are not taking effective measures, as the hospitals have been destroyed and all the surviving medical equipment has been taken to Donetsk. The only thing they are trying to do is to save their own lives, and they have nothing to do with the people of Mariupol.
Unfortunately, this is now the reality of the "Russian peace"

Я майже знов повернувся до графіка, все частіше вдається прокидатися у 5 ранку та встигати зробити більше за день. Ранок як на мене найкращій час дня, ще не дуже спекотне сонце та зовсім небагато людей на вулицях. А також можна першим встигнути погодувати вуличних котів, бо як я помітив не тільки я їх підгодовую :)

З Маріуполем останній тиждень майже немає зв'язку. Місто фактично зачинено на виїзд у будь який бік.
Поки місцева окупаційна влада розповідає про початок будування декількох 5 поверхівок, у місці набирає обертів гуманітарна криза.
Виникають питання, навіщо деякі люди залишились у місті навіть коли були можливості виїхати?
Тут є декілька причин:
1. По-перше, це думки про те що буде як у 2014 році. Тоді нас також бомбили, але не так сильно. Пошкодили декілька будинків у східній частині міста, спалили з десяток машин і на цьому все закінчилось. Тоді в нас стріляли з градів і ЗСУ досить швидко відбили наступ військ ДНР. Це було страшно, але більшість людей про це дізналось тільки з новин, бо навіть у центрі міста не було чутно вибухів.
Думаю що ця ситуація сильно вплинула на людей, бо коли знов почались бойові дії багато людей не вірили що буде справжня війна з повною розрухою. Нажаль ця легковажність коштувала життя багатьом.
2. Друга причина чому люди залишились у Маріуполі - через родичів, що ні у яку не хотіли виїзжати. Не знаю як це зрозуміти, але з моїми батьками було теж саме. Просто люди не хочуть їхати незрозуміло куди, кажуть "ми перечекаємо", "хто там нас чекає?". Це складна категорія людей, я пам'ятаю як намагався витягти родичів друга, в них вже машина стоїть чекає а вони відмовляються і повертаються у підвал. Немає слів. Проте ця категорія людей з часом почала змінювати свою думку, коли було вже можна виїхати тільки у бік РФ і відправили їх досить далеко.
3. Люди похилого віку. Їх стає все менш за зрозумілих причин. Нажаль зараз там не життя, а виживання, тому багато людей пенсійного віку продовжують помирати з кожнем днем. Нещодавно приїхав один чоловік, дідусь з Маріуполя. Він виглядав як люди на фото з концлагерів. Руки, ноги, обличчя - тільки кістки обтягнуті шкірою.
4. Колоборанти. Нажаль таких також багато. Руйнування всієї інфраструктури міста у перші дні були саме через зрадників у місті. Після повної окупації ці люди співпрацюють з окупантами та намагаються зайняти прибуткове місце та заробити грошей чи посаду користуючись тим шо зараз "у кого автомат той і правий".

Безумовно люди могли залишитися з багатьох причин, але це найпоширеніші, що зараз зустрічаються.
Щодо колоборантів - я вважаю що не можна бути зрадником. Якщо ти маєшь бажання жити у іншій країні то ти можешь взяти речі та переїхати туди, ніхто тобі не буде заважати. Але допомогати вбивати тих з ким ти роками жив поруч це дуже низькі вчинки.

Спалах інфекції у Маріуполі стає більш помітним. Окупанти почали відмежовувати військові поселення від жителів міста, щоб якось уберегти свої власні життя. Місто зачинили на карантин, обмежили доступ до річки та моря.

У місті тисячі стихійних поховань, немає каналізації. Зараз підвищується температура повітря і починаються дощі. Весь розмитий ґрунт потрапляє до річок, колодязів, криниць та джерел звідки люди беруть воду. Це може привести до тисяч смертей маріупольців. 100 тисяч жителів просто тримають у гетто. Багато людей хоче, але не може виїхати

Росіяни не вживають діючих заходів, адже лікарні розбиті, а все вцілеле медичне обладнання вивезли до Донецька. Єдине що вони намагаються зробити - це врятувати власні життя, а до маріупольців їм немає ніякого діла.
