My poppies

Are flowering. I did thin some out a few weeks ago to give our daughter. Heavy showers this morning and a few claps of thunder.we took our daughter shopping popped to the market for cornish potatoes and vegetables. Then for a coffee the sun came out while we were driving home.now it's raining again and quite windy we can hear the wind whistling down the chimney. Today is Falmouth sea shanty festival also Redruth Murdoch day he was the first to light his house with gas.it is a shame the weather wasn't better for these outdoor events.
