Red Roses
After the hottest day of the year yesterday, we have been mostly wearing fleeces to keep warm today. We haven't been out at all, apart from a brief search of the garden to find out what the blackbirds were getting so excited about this morning. It took a bit of finding but it was a cat, very well concealed under a bush. And very reluctant to move on. I had to deal with a dead pigeon a couple of days ago, and I've been thinking this cat might have been the culprit. On the bright side we haven't had any mice for over a month now.
I didn't have my camera or the cat would have been my blip. So it's got to be some more roses. It's that time of year. These are tame ones, from Sainsbury's. I liked the way they looked in the white vase in the white bay window.
