Anns a' mhadainn

Our departure time from Oban was 11 am which gave us time to explore Oban further.

Our first port of call was McCaig's Folly  which overlooks the town and which I remember visiting as a child. We were rewarded with fine views over the bay to Mull.  We then strolled along the waterfront.

Our journey back was pleasant via Crief to Perth where a shuttle minibus picked us up and took us back to Pitlochry. 

It's been a good week but it is also nice to be home. 

The garden looks fine - although I will have some weeding and thinning to do.
