Erigeron

The common name is ‘fleabane’ is from Old English and it refers to the plant’s smell which can supposedly repel fleas.
I had to consult with Google and the app on my phone to identify the daisy-like flowers.

It has been a bright, sunny day but the fairly strong winds made photography a little tricky.

Out for a barbecue this afternoon and we managed all our overeating outside but when the clouds started to darken we headed inside for our coffee.
