Scotland the brave!

Been a frantic couple of days.

Travelled down to Stoke yesterday, had an early night and this morning I headed out for a local parkrun (The Wammy) to leave the girls room to get ready.

I dropped them off at the sports complex then returned to the hotel for a shower, etc.

The girls all looked great in their Scotland leotards and tracksuits and did great on the day. Sadly for them no medals but today was about celebrating their NDC Level 4’s and this was a bonus to represent their country at the finals.

Individually, L finished 17th out of 56 participants so she’s happy with that and happy with the overall experience.

Maybe not so happy with the 4hours + each way with my driving.
