Our building plot in Hrísey island

It has been a dream of ours for a long time to own a house by the sea. Now that dream is finally coming true, and I can hardly believe it. We applied for the building plot 18 months ago, and thought that the house would rise last summer, but that didn't happen due to all sorts of things. But now it's happening! 
 Hrísey is a small island here in Eyjafjörður, and to get there from Akureyri you first have to drive to Árskógssandur (30 min drive) and then take the ferry (15 min.). In Hrísey there's a charming little village and our house will be in the outskirt, with a view to east and south. I added a couple of extra photos this time :)
