After the Rain

What a change today from yesterday it's rained most of the day perhaps a good job as mine and M's plans had to change, we were going to spend the day in Bridgnorth doing a treasure trail for her 30 challenge but she ended up at urgent care again , sometime earlier in the week she got an insect bite on her ankle which by Thursday had become infected and she had to go to the walk-in centre and the doctor gave her some antibiotics but when she was driving back from her friend's house last night it really hurt her to drive and when she got up this morning she couldn't get her jeans on as her leg had swollen so my mum took her back just to get it checked but the doctor said it hadn't really got much worse it was just her fighting the infection and just to rest it and keep it elevated as much as she could so we spent the afternoon working on our family tree. Just gone into the kitchen to empty the dishwasher and out of the window was this beautiful sky after all the rain.
