A Day with Grandson

My son said that Odette had a tummy ache this am, so was staying home (she's fine now) so her mom dropped off my 4 1/2 year old grandson on her way to work this morning. His behavior is markedly improved when he's without his sister, so we had a pleasant day. More drizzle today - there was even a funnel cloud spotted in the next city over. But it will be lovely by Tuesday and that's all I care about right now.

I did have a chance to take the camera out to the garden. The Nigella are in full bloom now, and the bees are doing their thing!
