Maverick

Joe and I went to see Top Gun 2 with friends and we loved it!  I thought it was excellent and would see it again anytime!  We all went to Bob's Burgers for dinner and had to send my steak back because it was over cooked.  Does anyone know how to cook a steak medium rare? Doesn't seem like it. .
