Help yourself

Rather jaded this morning, having partied n danced until around 1:30am at our friends party last night; lovely warm people there as always.  

Mrs M then managed to get to London with colleagues at the TUC (Trades Union Congress) "We demand better" march. Not seen any news coverage on tv for it.

Wellness
A dark cloud is occasionally blocking out the sun currently, so just posting for now. Am more relaxed about our son, but plenty of other issues to deal with.
