Fading blue

The himalayan poppies have been glorious this year with some plants having seed heads, flowers and buds.  The right plant in the right place.  Going through a period of garden maintenance at the moment - just going through the garden weeding, pruning and generally tidying up and, I have to say, I'm thoroughly enjoying it.  The flowers seem to be responding.
