Sometimes, something as simple as a window sign catches my eye and makes me want to Blip! This window is in Edward Street, Brighton and I took it whilst waiting outside Anahata for my first Laughter Yoga session (more about that later)

1. Jodie & Richard doing the washing up and cleaning the kitchen - thankyou!
2. A fab Laughter Yoga session! About an hour of belly laughing, songs, games and gobbledygook ending with a meditation & guided relaxation. Came out feeling very chilled & lighter :)
3. Coming home to a gorgeous smile and delicious dinner cooked for me x
