Cone But Not Quite Forgotten

The fascinating pine cone is the featurette of tonight's scaled down blip.

Over the last few days I have been thinking about how amazing it is that from something so small & seemingly insignificant, such as a seed or pine cone for instance, something so complex & magnificent, like a banana, a cabbage, a human being or conifer tree for example, can grow. It really is quite the mind-boggler when you ponder upon it.

Tonight was the much anticipated & talked about finale of Broadchurch. Tennant & Coleman were brilliant in their roles & it concluded what has been a fantastic, atmospheric, moody & genuinely tense crime-drama. 5*! The Killing eat you heart out!

And it will return.
