I Love A Mystery

This person is not: A) sleeping, B) on a phone, C) reading.  Periodically he'd dip his hand in the water and then fiddle with something on his lap.  I think it had something to do with fishing but since I don't fish I couldn't imagine what was going on.  I was just enjoying the peaceful scene and imagining that he was too.  It was a lovely mild day, just the right temperature.
