How cool is this coin?

3rd 'Drink Down' session this morning. It was emotional but I got lots of support from the rest of the group.

Speaking of Pride went for a run this evening and achieved my June 5K badge and clocked up another 41 minutes for the 'June Sweat with Pride' challenge on Strava. Sweat was blummin' right too... phew, it was warm.
