Camping

We were meant to go camping in Lewis for the weekend but the ferry broke. So we went camping in South Uist instead.

It was a bit tricky putting up the bell tent in 50mph wind, but it was fine once it was lashed down!

The girls were very excited to have their own bedroom and to help cook dinner. The weather wasn’t great so we had to improvise for the marshmallows!

On the way home we stopped for milkshakes and visited the wild Shetland ponies.
