Trying out a new drink involving an Earl grey syrup I made yesterday.
So glass
Ice
Double gin
Measure of elderflower cordial
Measure of Earl grey syrup
Topped up with tonic
Had no fruit or mint to dress but it was utterly delicious. Perfect for grabbing a few moments of sun in the garden.
