Freebies, but at what cost?

Some freebies arrived today from my water company. They are running a "Save Our Streams" campaign and offering water saving aids free.

I can't help thinking that this is trying to get some good environmental publicity to compensate for the water industry's being allowed to pour more and more raw sewage into our rivers.
