Nelson

Cast in bronze, Nelson looks out across the entrance to Looe harbour in Cornwall. Much loved by locals and visitors, Nelson was a one-eyed, bull, grey seal who was often seen in the harbour. I can remember seeing him swimming alongside the fishing boats returning from sea on the high tide. I even have a photograph somewhere!
