Turned into a lovely warm sunny day, so it was great to get out into the garden.

Went over to our son's house - EQC had rung and made an appointment to come and inspect for land damage.

Went over at the appointed time - waited, and as usual no one showed up. They are the rudest group of people it has ever been our misfortune to have to deal with.They expect you to be available any time (Too bad if you're working), and then they just don't come. And never a call, text, explanation, apology.

Rang the 0800 number - no one could tell me anything, put in a complaint - guy from complaints rang very apologetic, but Oh yay, he couldn't be any help either, and yes we do have to do it all again - very probably with the same result, Last time they made 5 appointments and didn't turn up to any of them and in the end we threatened to come down to their office and escort them to the property and that got action at last.

Looks like we have to do it all again. Just when we thought it was over too.

Still it's a lovely day, and we aren't letting EQC spoil it for us, so off for a lovely bike ride.
