soy bean madeleines
I hate to waste away the left over soy beans after I made soy milk out of them. So I add 1 cup of sticky rice flour, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbs flax seed meal, 2 tbs coconut oil (you can use butter) and about 2 cups of milk to make a batter. I used to make pan cake for the boys for their afternoon snack. They love them. I was in a hurry today so I pour the batter into my madeleine mold. At 375C for about an hour. I have these wonderful, delicious madeleines.
