Spreading It's Wings

We had a lovely day in Christchurch and the sun arrived in the afternoon. So we took a drive to Mona Vale..a place with lovely gardens. This time of the year the autumn tones are lovely. Normanly I walk but because of my sore knee/leg I had to go by car.

I took many lovely shots but the photo I took of the Monarch Butterfly with the cell phone was my shot to use for my blip.

I wondered what the cat was looking at this morning and I saw this lovely butterfly getting ready to fly away. So got it safely to a better spot for its new flight.
