Puffin
I was on the clifftop at Noup Head on Westray when this puffin flew up and landed. It was too close for one lens, had to use other camera. It was about 3m away and I managed to walk away without causing it to fly off. Masses of gannets (extra), fulmars, kittiwakes, guillemots etc and I did not see any obvious drop in numbers or carcases due to the avian flu which is devastating bird populations around the coast. That's thrift or sea pinks in the foreground.
