Feeding the cygnets

“And God said, “Let the waters swarm with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the heavens.” Genesis 1v20
My dear friend sent a word to me this morning to say that I was not made to fit in but to stand out! Such a comforting word to receive.
I seem to be on a mission to have a clear out today. Long may it last as I am extremely good at clutter. Took my gorgeous grandson down to feed the cignets. There are nine of them and no wonder as the parents are extremely fierce. One of them caught a black headed gull who tried to get some of the Swan food we were throwing in to the canal! Later went down to the beach and had a wonderful swim with my friend, a picnic and contemplation on the parable of sowing seeds. Perfect end to a lovely day
