Went to the dentist

A new one, my lovely Romanian one left. This new one is also lovely, she’s from somewhere in the Middle East, I didn’t ask her. All I need is a filling, which isn’t urgent - that’s fortunate because I can’t get my next appointment til the end of September.  In the afternoon I took the cat to the vet, for her annual check up and booster. A new vet - I reckon he was Black South African. Also lovely, and brilliant at handling an anxious cat. We couldn’t manage in this country without immigrants - I don’t know why that isn’t obvious to everyone. 
I was so early for the dentist that I got off the bus several stops before the one I needed, and sat on the common on a bench under a tree.  This was my view looking upwards.
