Newlands valley from Dale Head

Early start to catch the 0857 bus to Keswick and the 0930 bus to Honister.
Climbed Dale Head and then did the ridge walk to Hindsgarth and Robinson followed by a long descent into Buttermere.
6.5 miles and 2500 ft of ascent.
The pot of tea at the Croft House tea room while waiting for the return bus was very welcome.
Knees well and truly seized up!
