The Feast Day of The Nativity of St. John the Baptist.
It is gloriously sunny outside. The UV is high so it is not a great idea to forget that.
20c here in Rishton. Glad to be here with dear Arthur who seems his normal self. Eating moderately and sunning himself on the front window sill indoors. Thankful to have plenty of housework and books to read.
