Troppo Caldo!

The other day I posted an extra of Tim looking effortlessly cool. Today it was an effort not to melt in the heat - already 31 Celsius at 9:50 am, set to rise to 34 today and then up to 38 next week. 

We went to Cisternino for a wee wander, just to get out of the house, really, and then off to Locorotondo in the evening for another wee wander and supper. 

We got to Locorotondo a bit later than planned and by the time we finished supper and wandered over to the excellent gelato shop, it was closed. Other shops are available but the gelato isn’t as good. It just proves the old adage; life is short, eat dessert first.
