Thursday

We set out for Culver Down first thing this morning, there's a monument to the Earl of Yarborough and a beacon which was most recently lit for the Queen's recent jubilee celebrations.  The views from the Down were fantastic despite the weather being a little cloudier than yesterday.  We had hoped to go Bembridge Mill but there were no parking  spaces so we went to look around Bembridge, do a bit shopping and have a spot of lunch and then went back. We were able to have a good look round. Our final stop today was the Donkey Sanctuary. It's lovely to see how these abandoned animals are looked after.
