Busy

Did a few office tasks in work today, followed by usual Thursday shopping. After that, I went into the cafe I volunteer for on Fridays for a wee event that was on. It was about a couple people from University of Glasgow doing research on "Fostering Resilience in Young People with Additional Support Needs", as the cafe helps people with additional support needs (technically includes me too). Quite an interesting night, especially as one of the young people had to step in to do a speech for another person as they couldn't come in, with no preparation either so very commendable.

After that, I went on probably the best feeling bike ride in a while, but the skies were very interestingly strange from 9pm onwards. It was a mix of red and yellow sunset looks northwards with dark grey clouds southwards, and I mean DARK. To the point where it seemed like the sun had fully set but you can see the sun ahead at the same time. There were also rainbows in the distance, even though when I was out it wasn't even raining! Even more interesting that at 8pm, it was just blue skies and largely white clouds.

A warm day today in Scotland mind - 22 Celsius - so maybe a thunderstorm or heavy showers coming.
