Dangling poppies

I had to go into town for an appointment this morning and once the business was done I went to GOMA mainly for the library and then some desultory shopping which was more entertaining than I had expected. 
I’m a succour for the Flying Tiger and couldn’t resist these poppy lights. And then as I was browsing through the reduced cross stitch kits in John Lewis who should appear from the cafe but Liv and her parents. Earlier in the morning they had sent me photos of the red squirrels in their new temporary home near Dunblane. I encouraged them to put peanut butter and hopefully by the time I get around to visiting them the pine martens will have appeared.
Now waiting for son #2 to arrive, sadly minus S and Amber who I will catch up with next weekend.
