The Boys aka Tinker, Horace & Scooby

Busy day today ...

Started off with a ride on Scooby with Tinker and B, Scooby wasn't himself a little out of sorts, hope he's back to himself soon.

Then it was off running with A and about 50 others, who met at 1850hrs to comemorate 'Brave Boston' one week on. After 30 seconds of silence it was off for a 4.7mile run along the tow path at Bradford on Avon.

Then off to swim training and final ... bed!
