The Argyll Rally

This evening saw the start of the second Argyll Rally, an offshoot from the Mull Rally and held in Cowal.

This year one of the stages is taking place on the shore road by Loch Riddon which is a short walk from our house so we went down to watch the start.

The midges were ferocious and were the cause of much comment from some of the drivers and navigators who were queued up before the start
