Lazy bones

This is the picture the dog walker sent me this afternoon when Bailey was a bit reluctant to go for his walk or even appear downstairs. If looks could kill! She did get him going eventually.

I was a bit more active. No teaching today but lots of meetings and a few things ticked off the list. And I managed to run once I had done the supermarket trip. Run one of week six done and I’ve bookended the week with running.
