Is this image too odd to feature on our anniversary? 33 is supposed to be the Amethyst Anniversary according to some chart I found, but we'll settle for this cricket. They serenade us in the evening and are well-behaved guests in the garden. Happy Cricket Anniversary to Mr S!!

We had a reservation to go out for a nice dinner at a special restaurant where we've celebrated many important events, but I never quite made it into the land of the living today, so we had to cancel. The less said about that, the better. We'll make up for it someday down the road.
