A narrow road with no sidewalks.

Unlike the main road, the residential roads (which are only just wide enough for two cars to pass) have no sidewalks. There is a children's playground less than 500 m away, but playing on the road is clearly something common on this crescent road. I have seen at least four of these signs at different points. Good to warn drivers to keep alert to children chasing a ball, for example.
