And Relax…

It’s been a tough week and today was also manic: 5am bike ride, then into Colchester for chores/ breakfast at Bills and some out-of-budget shopping (first time in the city for S. since pre pandemic so it was a shop-til-you-drop morning!!). Then we hit the garden - I dug over part of the veg bed, dug in dung and built a tunnel ready to plant out out Achocha experiment plants. After that my feet were black with dirt and my back was aching…so a good excuse for a pre dinner bath bomb bath; hair mask; face mask and glass of fizz. Bliss!

Ps those dreadful green tiles and wood trim were in the en suite when we bought the house.. we ran out of money before getting to them but a refurb is on the ‘list’!
