It’s been a long but lovely day
I slept appallingly through the night.
Think my gluten free naan bread probably was brimming with gluten!
Not happy but I’m beginning more aware of poor restaurants are with regards to gluten!

I then had an hours sleep
Pottered for the rest of the pm

Long bath
