Hen Duty

Nice Neighbours are away, so we're looking after the world's most pampered hens again. I've drawn the line at making them warm porridge (I kid you not) in the mornings though!

It was a day of glorious, thunderstorms, torrential and repeat today. Did manage a very useful hot bonfire though, lots of horrid ground elder and Solomon Seal rhizomes incinerated and cleared the area where the pond less waterfall will (eventually) go.

Also think I might have 'cracked' the problematic chapter of the-book-that-might-be, at least I've an idea now.
