Travelling

We were in Hull today for the Yorkshire Sprint Orienteering Championships. This morning was the prologue followed by a final in the afternoon. Short courses with lots of controls and changes of direction. Good to have a breeze to keep temperatures down. 

A tricky end to the final was a little chaotic with lots of people converging on controls. Had to be careful that my si card picked up the signal that I had visited the control. Rather relieved to find I had a full compliment at the finish. A surprising number of people had missed or mispunched. Pleased with my result winning the W65 class.
