Quaint

This sort of thing makes me smile. I don't begrudge the 50p when the money recouped will probably not even pay the honest wage of the lady greeting drivers with a beaming smile and an outstretched hand! I'm not really sure what the money is for??? Oh well!

Visited my 2nd newborn baby in 24 hours today. Feeling decidedly broody, not to mention jealous of the lazy (ha!) sunny days the new mums will be enjoying while on maternity leave.
